This was the first time I've ever been in Kwazulu Natal. Ok, it might of been the second time because we had to reverse a couple of meters to get the photograph of the sign. As we passed that big dam just before this sign we did not have a clue where we were.
This was on the way to Drakensberg from Johannesburg. Long dry road but if you know what where to turn off then there are loads of things to see. We saw this camping site as well close to the big dam. I think the dam's name is Sterkfontein Dam and its about 50km from Harrismith. The drive to Drakensberg is still far but well worth it.
