I thought it was only in Gordons Bay where we see sunsets like these, obviously you get them at other places as well, they might not look as spectacular as Strand Beach but they come close.
Nice clear waters, great weather and holiday season. Exactly what we want. Here is someone else's yacht just rusting away in Gordons Bay harbour. Wish i could use it.
A lot of people might not be sure how to get to Crystal pools because the directions there are a bit hard to give. You tell people to drive to a bridge and then stop, get out and go in the mountain.
It might look nice but to get to this location you have to far behind the great views of Gordons bay.
Here you can see how waves just went over the Gordons Bay harbour wall and you can also see harbour island in the back, the entire level of water was higher, much higher than usual.
Earlier I blogged about how they closed the Gordons Bay harbour wall because of the storms, well here you can see the closed gate and the massive waves going over the wall.
