It might look nice but to get to this location you have to far behind the great views of Gordons bay.

Just about 15km from Gordons bay is a part of nature not everyone gets to see even though they live just around the corner.

Crystal pools is about two hours walk from where you park. It now costs R10, or at least last time we were there. It's worth it because they use that money to protect the place and do what's needed.

If you dont pay the money you better wear hiking shoes because those rangers are mean and sometimes fast. If they dont get you, you have to watch out for the baboons. When we were there a woman got attacked and her bag was ambushed by the baboons.

The walk to the pools is not a easy walk either but when you see the waterfall and the nice pool you might just forget about the long walk until the time you have to walk back.

It's recommended to go early in the morning and then come back after the sun had its turn.

People usually jump from the top of Crystal pools but that is not safe, many people have been injured and some died because they attempted this. Not safe.

I dont know what is further than this point since we only got to the water and then returned.
